When placing a buy or sell order, investors can choose from either:
Market Order: Buy or sell a security immediately at the best available current price.
Limit Order: Placing the order very clearly specifying the range of price at which securities can be bought or sold. e.g. “Buy 100 shares of FMI at a limit price of 30,000 or less than 30,000. Sell 100 shares of FMI at a limit price of 30,000 or higher than 30,000”.

Order Matching and Execution
An order is matched and executed twice daily. The first matching occurs at 11.00 am. The second matching occurs at 1.00 pm.

Settlement
Settlement is the actual transfer of securities and funds between buyers and sellers. The transfer of the securities, if matched will be made in T+3 which is 3 business days after the execution of the trade.
Investors may sell their securities 1 business day after execution (e.g. Securities which have been bought on Tuesday can be sold on Wednesday).
